有沒有誰在理律工作或工作過?職務不拘。我只想知道 How is it as a law firm. So just a general opinion would be sufficient.

公司文化,這是很主觀的,也不是網路上的fact   sheet,我希望知道的就是這種主觀的個人經驗,just   to   have   a   general   idea,   That's   all.這種企業文化跟職位沒有太大關係,

eg.   you   might   say   :   xx   firm   which   I   worked   for   (   or   still   working   )   is   expecting   employee   to   work   extra   hours   and   be   flexible   when   required.

Or,   "   my   experience   is   that   we   were   given   full   responsibility   and   ownership   to   whatever   assignment   we   were   assigned   to   with   little   or   none   supervision   "

Or,   "   Partners   generally   won't   let   paralegal   or   junior   lawyers   get   too   much   involved   with   their   cases.   They   are   treated   as   admin   clerks   "

Or   "   The   pay   is   quite   generous   given   the   task   and   the   level   of   responsibility   I   was   given   "

Or   "   That   company   sucks,   I   wouldn't   recommend   it   !!   "   Remarks   like   this   is   fine   because   it   does   have   some   indicative   value.

So   if   you   worked   or   are   still   working   there,   I'd   like   to   know   how   you   feel   about   this   firm.   每件事都是相對的   so   don't   worry   I   won't   take   your   words   at   face   value.
