Write   an   English   essay   of   NO   MORE   THAN   300   words   on   the   following   topic:
Narrowing   the   Gap   Between   Rich   and   Poor
Divide   your   essay   into   two   paragraphs.   In   the   first   paragraph,   explain   why   there   is   now   a   gap   between   rich   and   poor   in   Taiwan;   in   the   second,   propose   some   effective   measures   that   the   government   should   take   to   narrow   the   gap.
